The Office of the Municipal Civil Registrar of Dingras, Ilocos Norte will officially launch the ADMINISTRATIVE PETITION FOR CORRECTION AUTOMATED SYSTEM (APCAS) following the successful completion of the two-day training conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)
Starting tomorrow June 8, 2026 individuals who wish to file petition for CORRECTION OF CLERICAL ERROR/ CHANGE OF FIRST NAME in their civil registry documents may avail this automated system, which aims to make the process faster, more efficient and accurate.

The Municipal Civil Registrar’s Office is pleased to announce that a MASS WEDDING CEREMONY will be solemnized by Mayor JOEMELLE S. GO SY on DECEMBER 18, 2025 at the Farmer’s Plaza.
Interested couples are advised to visit the OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL CIVIL REGISTRAR starting November 11, 2025 at 8:00 am to file for their application for marriage license and attend the required pre- marriage orientation seminar at the office of the MSWDO.
Applications will be accepted every monday morning until DECEMBER 1, 2025.
