โ๏ธ Responded to a Vehicular Accident (Collision)
A male patient from Brgy. Madamba sustained lacerated wounds, a possible fracture of the leg, and abrasions on the upper and lower extremities. He was referred to GRASMH for further management and evaluation.
โ๏ธ Patient Transport โ Brgy. Lanas to Marcos District Hospital
A male patient was transported from Brgy. Lanas to Marcos District Hospital for NGT reinsertion.
โ๏ธ Responded to a House Call โ Brgy. Capasan
A female patient from Brgy. Capasan complained of body weakness and difficulty of breathing, with bipedal edema and abdominal distention. She has a history of Stage IV ovarian adenocarcinoma.
โ๏ธ Responded to a Vehicular Accident
A 28-year-old male from Brgy. Cacapean, Marcos sustained pain in the right shoulder and clavicle, with minor abrasions on the upper and lower extremities. He was referred to MMMHMC for treatment and evaluation.

A patient was picked up from MMMHMC and safely transported home to Brgy. Baresbes.

A male patient was picked up from MMMHMC and transported to Brgy. Albano.
โ๏ธ Medical Support โ MINC Basketball Tournament
The Emergency Response Team provided medical standby and first-aid support during the MINC Basketball Tournament.
โ๏ธ Responded to a Vehicular Accident
A 77-year-old male from Nagbalacan, Bangui, Ilocos Norte sustained a lacerated wound on the face, swelling of the lower left eye, an avulsion injury on the left knee, and abrasions on the upper and lower extremities. He was transported to DDH for initial management and subsequently referred to MMMHMC for further treatment and evaluation.

A patient was picked up from MMMHMC and safely transported home to Brgy. Espiritu.
โ๏ธ Responded to a Vehicular Accident โ Brgy. Peralta
At around 8:35 AM on October 6, 2026, the team responded to a vehicular accident in Brgy. Peralta. A male patient sustained a possible fracture, lacerated wound and abrasions on the left leg, and an avulsion injury on the right forehead. He was initially referred to DDH for management and was subsequently transferred to GRASMH for X-ray and further treatment.
โ๏ธ First Aid Assistance at the Emergency Operations Center โ MDRRMO
The team provided first aid to two female victims who sought assistance at the Emergency Operations Center-MDRRMO. The first victim, a 20-year-old female, sustained abrasions on the upper and lower extremities and complained of ankle pain. The second victim, a 34-year-old female, sustained an abrasion on the knee.
