QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be a bonafide residents of Brgy. Ipil, Dipaculao, Aurora
• At least 15 - 30 years old student currently enrolled in any institutions

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3 copies of School ID with 3 signatures (front and back)
• 3 copies of Original or Certified True Copy of Enrollment Form (Current Semester)
• 3 copies of Original or Certified True Copy of Grades (Last Semester)

✓ Submission of requirements starts from February 17, 2025 until March 07, 2025.
✓ The requirements may submit to SK OFFICIALS.

LATE and INCOMPLETE requirements will NOT be ACCEPTED
