In a collective effort to promote environmental conservation, the trainees of 𝗖𝗚𝗡𝗢𝗖 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝟭𝟭𝟵-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 "𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗸𝘀𝘂𝗴 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗺𝗮𝘁" of RTC Aurora joined forces with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Barangay Mijares in the successful conduct of 𝗞𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗦𝗔𝗡 𝗗𝗔𝗬. The activity reflects the strong partnership between the PCG and the LGU in preserving and protecting the environment through shared responsibility and active community participation.

More than a clean-up drive, 𝗞𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗦𝗔𝗡 𝗗𝗔𝗬 serves as a reminder that environmental protection is a collective commitment. Through the unwavering cooperation of the PCG and members of the community, this initiative strengthens environmental awareness, promotes proper waste management, and inspires everyone to become stewards of nature.

Together, we continue to build a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable community for present and future generations.

This week's CGNOC Motivational Speaker is 𝗖𝗖𝗚𝗡𝗢 𝙅𝙤𝙨𝙝𝙪𝙖 𝙊𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙯, 𝗣𝗖𝗚. A 29-year-old native of Irosin, Sorsogon, he is a proud member of Bravo Company, 𝐂𝐆𝐍𝐎𝐂 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝟏𝟏𝟗-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 "𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐤𝐬𝐮𝐠-𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐭."

Through his heartfelt message, 𝘾𝘾𝙂𝙉𝙊 𝙊𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙯 emphasizes that success is built through perseverance, self-discipline, and an unwavering commitment to one's purpose.

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐝, 𝐋𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝: 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐑𝐓𝐂 𝐀𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐫𝐚 𝐅𝐮𝐧 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐭

The Regional Training Center Aurora successfully conducted its 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐑𝐓𝐂 𝐀𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐫𝐚 𝐅𝐮𝐧 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐭 on 18 July 2026 aboard 𝟵𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 "𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗴𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗮" 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟳𝟭𝗜𝗗 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗿, 𝗔𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗿𝗮.

This activity was conducted to bring together RTC Aurora and its valued stakeholders in a friendly and engaging marksmanship activity. More than a competition, the event served as a platform to strengthen camaraderie, foster teamwork, and build lasting partnerships between the Philippine Coast Guard and the community. Through responsible fi****ms handling, sportsmanship, and healthy competition, participants shared meaningful experiences that reinforced mutual trust and cooperation.

The activity reflects RTC Aurora's commitment to cultivating strong relationships with its stakeholders while promoting unity, discipline, and collaboration in support of the Philippine Coast Guard's mission of serving the nation.

This week's CGNOC Motivational Speaker is 𝗖𝗖𝗚𝗡𝗢 𝗔𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻 𝗖. 𝗔𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗮, 𝗣𝗖𝗚. A 23-year-old native of Daet, Camarines Norte, Bicol Region, he is a proud member of Delta Company, 𝐂𝐆𝐍𝐎𝐂 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝟏𝟏𝟗-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 "𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐤𝐬𝐮𝐠-𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐭."

Through his inspiring journey, 𝗖𝗖𝗚𝗡𝗢 𝗔𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗮 shares meaningful lessons on resilience, discipline, and steadfast dedication. His experiences serve as a source of inspiration for his fellow trainees, encouraging them to remain focused, overcome every challenge, and uphold the values expected of future Coast Guardians in service to the nation.

𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: 𝗖𝗚𝗡𝗢𝗖 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝟭𝟭𝟵-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 "𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗸𝘀𝘂𝗴-𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗺𝗮𝘁" 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴

Regional Training Center Aurora, in coordination with NSSU Aurora, successfully conducted the Basic Life Support (BLS) Training for the trainees of CGNOC Class 119-2026 "Malaksug Sarigmat." The activity provided the trainees with essential life-saving knowledge and practical skills, strengthening their capability to respond effectively during medical emergencies.

As future Coastguardians, every trainee must possess Basic Life Support as one of the fundamental competencies of a Philippine Coast Guard personnel. With the Philippine Coast Guard's mandate to save lives and the ability to provide immediate and appropriate emergency care is an indispensable skill that can make the difference between life and death.

Through this training, RTC Aurora remains steadfast in producing competent, disciplined, and mission-ready Coastguardians. The successful completion of the BLS Training further reinforces the Center's confidence that the members of CGNOC Class 119-2026 are fully equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and values to faithfully serve the nation and uphold the noble mission of the Philippine Coast Guard.

𝙍𝙏𝘾 𝘼𝙪𝙧𝙤𝙧𝙖 𝘿𝙚𝙥𝙡𝙤𝙮𝙨 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙚 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝘼𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙚𝙧 𝙏𝙮𝙥𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙣 𝙄𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙮

As part of its proactive disaster preparedness efforts, the Regional Training Center (RTC) Aurora has detailed its Deployable Response Group (DRG) for possible deployment in anticipation of the expected impact of Super Typhoon Inday in the areas of Aurora Province.

This pre-deployment ensures that trained personnel are on standby and ready to immediately respond to emergencies, conduct search and rescue operations, provide humanitarian assistance, and support disaster response efforts whenever and wherever needed.

The activation of the Deployable Response Group reflects the Philippine Coast Guard's unwavering commitment to its mandate of safeguarding lives and securing the properties of the Filipino people during times of natural disasters. Through preparedness, rapid response, and selfless service, RTC Aurora remains steadfast in its mission of delivering hope, protection, and resilience to communities in need.
