G'taw Milad Subanen B'nal Association (G'MISBA) an Indigenous People's Organization of barangay Milad, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte we're happy to celebrate it's 5th year Anniversary headed by Gokum Adencia G. Atad.

Guest speaker Rev. Fr. Vincent Ocellus A. Magale, V.F. of Social Action Center of the Diocese of Dipolog emphasizes to the members through the theme 'Environment and Culture towards unity and development' to continues their effort in protecting and preserving for the future generations. Together with Fr. Magale are the three exposuree seminarians for deaconate and SAC staff Jose Roger Z. Daguinotas.

LOOK👁️ | 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟮-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 (𝗕𝗢𝗦𝗦𝗔𝗪) blended with 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲 capability building and learning session facilitated by the Social Action Center composite team headed by Rev. Fr. Vincent Ocellus A. Magale, V.F. Executive Director was successfully conducted at Our Mother of Perpetual Help Parish, Tampilisan, Zamboanga del Norte on July 9-10, 2026 and bringing together participants committed to deepening their understanding of social action, justice, and peace in the life and mission of the Church.

Despite the roller coaster weather, the enthusiasm and dedication of everyone present remained unwavering. The changing skies became no hindrance to learning, reflection, and the shared commitment to equip participants with knowledge that will inspire meaningful service to their communities.

These gatherings strengthen hearts, enrich minds, and empower more servant leaders to become active witnesses of justice, peace, and compassionate social action.

Daku ang pasalamat ni Rev. Fr. Ronald Balugo Padre Kura nga naporma na gyud iyang Parish Social Action Team nga ministriya tungod sa gihimong pagtulon-an uban sa panday-buhat nga nakahimog stratehiyang plano subay sa SPECSE approach, uban sa paghimog mission, vision og goal isip giya sa pagpangalagad ngadto sa mga kaigsoonang kabus ug bulnerabling kumunidad uban sa pagtoo og lihuk.

👁️SACDipolog News || The IPS-IPO Community Conference and Reflexive Session was successfully conducted together with the Environmental and Human Rights Defenders (EHRDs) in six Barangay IPMRs, traditional leaders and the two Indigenous peoples Organizations of Dilawa and Bagong Silang, Piñan, Zamboanga del Norte under the Paglingap Project (Paglingap sa mga Tanggol Karapatan at Kalikasan) of Social Action Center Diocese of Dipolog with the NGO partners from Balay Rehabilitation Center Inc. and Philippine Misereor Partnership Inc. supported by European Union (EU).

Rev. Fr. Vincent Ocellus A. Magale SAC Executive Director delivered his message of support to our IP participants by igniting them in having courage and remain calm in defending their rights and environment as Indigenous Peoples.

The led facilitator was Mr. Glen Larot Mindanao Project Coordinator from Balay Rehabilitation Center assisted by the Project Local Community Facilitator of SACDipolog Mr. Jose Roger Z. Daguinotas are held at Dilawa function hall, Barangay Dilawa, Piñan, Zamboanga del Norte.

This transformative approach to the empowerment of Environmental Human Rights Defenders level of support to the rights and protection by addressing their issues especially on Ancestral Domain Claims to Local Government Units and relevant government agencies as reflected in Semestral Huntahan, to allow communities to share their thoughts and concerns with the duty bearers on the issues on the ground.
