Dipolog City Fire Station Personnel, headed by 𝗙𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗣 𝗔𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗟𝗬𝗡 𝗕 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗢, acting City Fire Marshal, conducted its Traditional Flag Ceremony, reaffirming the organization's commitment to honor, discipline, and public service.

06 SEPTEMBER 2026 || 𝙀𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙮 𝙈𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙚

The BFP Dipolog City Fire Station Emergency Medical Responder headed by 𝗙𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗣 𝗔𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗟𝗬𝗡 𝗕 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗢, acting City Fire Marshal, promptly demonstrated efficiency in responding to an Emergency Medical Response at Purok 6, Sta. Isabel, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte.

Upon arrival at the scene, the responding team found the patient conscious and responsive, seated on a bench and able to ambulate with assistance. Initial assessment revealed a lacerated wound over the left temporal area. Scene safety was ensured, and appropriate Body Substance Isolation (BSI) precautions were observed prior to patient care.

The patient was kept in a safe and comfortable position, and supportive care was provided. The lacerated wound over the left temporal area was assessed, cleansed, and covered with a sterile dressing. Bleeding was controlled through the application of direct pressure as needed. The patient was carefully transferred onto a stretcher, properly secured for transport, and continuously monitored for any changes in level of consciousness or overall condition.

The patient was transported via BFP Ambulance to Corazon C. Aquino Hospital, Dipolog City, for further medical evaluation and management.

Upon arrival at the hospital, the patient was properly endorsed to the medical staff on duty, together with the patient's condition, assessment findings, vital signs, and pre-hospital care provided.

The BFP Dipolog City Fire Station Emergency Medical Responder headed by 𝗙𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗣 𝗔𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗟𝗬𝗡 𝗕 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗢, acting City Fire Marshal, promptly demonstrated efficiency in responding to an Emergency Medical Response at Fish Port, Barra, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte.

Upon arrival at the scene, the responding team found the patient conscious and responsive, seated on a chair. Initial assessment revealed generalized weakness and pale skin; the patient was afebrile.

The patient's significant others reported that the patient had experienced a fainting episode and stated that he had a history of fever for the past two days. They also reported that the patient had been taking paracetamol for the fever.

The patient was kept in a safe and comfortable position, and supportive care was provided. The patient was carefully transferred onto a stretcher, properly secured for transport, and continuously monitored for any changes in level of consciousness or condition. The patient was transported to the receiving medical facility for further evaluation and management.

The patient was transported to Corazon C Aquino Hospital, Dipolog City, for further medical evaluation and management.

Upon arrival at the hospital, the patient was properly endorsed to the medical staff on duty for further evaluation and management.

The BFP Dipolog City Fire Station Emergency Medical Responder headed by 𝗙𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗣 𝗔𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗟𝗬𝗡 𝗕 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗢, acting City Fire Marshal, promptly demonstrated efficiency in responding to an Emergency Medical Response (Vehicular Accident) at Galas, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte.

Upon arrival at the scene, Shift B EMS personnel found the patient lying in the middle of the road, conscious and responsive. Initial assessment revealed abrasions on the nose and left foot, with a deformity noted on the left forearm. An episode of hematemesis was also noted. Scene safety was ensured, and standard Body Substance Isolation (BSI) precautions were observed prior to patient care.

Appropriate first aid was provided, including cleansing of the wounds and splinting of the left forearm. Oxygen therapy was administered via nasal cannula at 3 L/min. The patient was reassured and advised to remain calm. He was carefully assisted onto a stretcher, properly secured for transport, and continuously monitored en route to the receiving medical facility.

The patient was transported via BFP Ambulance to Zamboanga del Norte Medical Center, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte, for further medical evaluation and definitive management.

Upon arrival at the hospital, the patient was properly endorsed to the attending medical staff, together with a complete turnover of the patient’s condition, assessment findings, vital signs, and pre-hospital interventions provided.

The BFP Dipolog City Fire Station Emergency Medical Responder headed by 𝗙𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗣 𝗔𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗟𝗬𝗡 𝗕 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗢, acting City Fire Marshal, promptly demonstrated efficiency in responding to an Emergency Medical Response (Vehicular accident) at Victoria Country Homes Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte.

Upon arrival at the scene, Shift A EMS personnel ensured scene safety and conducted an initial assessment of the patient. The initial assessment revealed left-sided body weakness. The patient was carefully assisted and positioned to ensure comfort and prevent possible injury.

Appropriate first aid was provided by administering Catapress 75 mg sublingually. The patient's condition was continuously monitored while preparations for transport were made.

The patient was transported via BFP ambulance to Zanorte Medical Hospital, Dipolog City, for further medical evaluation and management.

Upon arrival at the hospital, the patient was properly endorsed to the attending medical staff, together with the patient's condition, assessment findings, vital signs, and pre-hospital care provided.

The BFP Dipolog City Fire Station Emergency Medical Responder headed by 𝗙𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗣 𝗔𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗟𝗬𝗡 𝗕 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗢, acting City Fire Marshal, promptly demonstrated efficiency in responding to an Emergency Medical Response (Vehicular accident) at Brgy. Punta Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte.

Upon arrival at the scene, Shift A EMS personnel ensured scene safety and conducted an initial assessment of the patient. The patient was found seated on the side of the road, conscious and responsive. Initial assessment revealed multiple abrasions on the left arm and right elbow. The patient was carefully assisted and positioned comfortably to prevent further aggravation of the injuries.

First aid was provided. The affected areas were cleansed and properly dressed to reduce the risk of infection and prevent contamination. The patient's condition was continuously monitored while preparations for transport were made.

The patient was transported via BFP Ambulance to Corazon Hospital, Dipolog City, for further medical evaluation and management.

The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Dipolog City Fire Station headed by 𝗙𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗣 𝗔𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗟𝗬𝗡 𝗕 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗢, acting City Fire Marshal, conducted a Wellness Exercise for its personnel through a friendly game of Pickleball, promoting physical fitness, camaraderie, and overall well-being among the members of the organization.

The activity provided personnel with an opportunity to stay active, relieve stress, strengthen teamwork, and build stronger relationships while maintaining a healthy and positive work environment, Tall Tree Pickleball Court, Barangay Sta Filomena Dipolog City.

Through wellness activities like this, BFP Dipolog City continues to support the physical and mental well-being of its personnel—because a healthy and fit firefighter is better prepared to serve and protect the community.

02 𝙎𝙀𝙋𝙏𝙀𝙈𝘽𝙀𝙍 2026 || 𝘽𝙁𝙋 𝘿𝙞𝙥𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜 𝙅𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙨 𝘾𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙒𝙚𝙚𝙠

The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Dipolog City Fire Station headed by 𝗙𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗣 𝗔𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗟𝗬𝗡 𝗕 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗢, acting City Fire Marshal, actively participated in the 32nd National Crime Prevention Week program together with partner agencies and stakeholders, including the Department of Education (DepEd), Philippine National Police (PNP), Scene of the Crime Operations (SOCO), and members of the media at Dipolog City National High School, barangay Barra Dipolog City.

The activity aimed to strengthen inter-agency coordination, promote crime prevention awareness, and enhance the preparedness of concerned agencies in responding to emergencies and security-related incidents within the community.

The program was followed by a Simulation Exercise on a Shooting Incident inside a School Campus, which provided participating agencies an opportunity to test and strengthen their emergency response, coordination, communication, evacuation, rescue, and medical response procedures.

Through collaborative activities such as this, the BFP remains committed to working hand-in-hand with partner agencies and the education sector in ensuring a safe, secure, and prepared school community.
