The Department of Education Schools Division Office of Dipolog City, through the Division DRRMS, joined the Inter-Agency Coordination Meeting on August 25, 2026 in preparation for the upcoming 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙎𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙎𝙞𝙢𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙀𝙭𝙚𝙧𝙘𝙞𝙨𝙚 𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝙀𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙮 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙋𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, which will be conducted during the National Crime Prevention Week Launching on 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 2, 2026 at 𝘿𝙞𝙥𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙃𝙞𝙜𝙝 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡.

The activity is initiated by the 𝙉𝘼𝙋𝙊𝙇𝘾𝙊𝙈 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙄𝙓 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙋𝙉𝙋 𝘿𝙞𝙥𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙋𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, with the support and collaboration of the 𝙕𝙖𝙢𝙗𝙤𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖 𝙙𝙚𝙡 𝙉𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙚 𝙋𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚 (𝙕𝙉𝙋𝙋𝙊), 𝘽𝙁𝙋 𝘿𝙞𝙥𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝘿𝙞𝙥𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘾𝘿𝙍𝙍𝙈𝙊, 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙮 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙖 𝘽𝙇𝙂𝙐, 𝘿𝘾𝙉𝙃𝙎 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝘼𝙙𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘿𝙚𝙥𝙀𝙙 𝘿𝙞𝙥𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘿𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘿𝙍𝙍𝙈𝙎.

The simulation exercise aims to strengthen inter-agency coordination, enhance school emergency response capabilities, and reinforce appropriate police intervention and school security protocols during critical incidents. It will also provide an opportunity to test and improve lockdown procedures, emergency communication, evacuation and shelter-in-place protocols, and the overall readiness of school personnel and learners.

Through strong partnerships among education, law enforcement, emergency response agencies, and the local government, we continue to build safer, more prepared, and resilient learning environments for every learner and school community.

Preparedness saves lives. Coordination strengthens response. School safety is everyone’s responsibility.

Due to the ongoing High Heat Index and other emergencies, the following schools will be shifting to Hinay Learning Continuity Level on 8/25/26 (TUESDAY) (still updating):

For the safety, security, and well-being of every Nationalian, 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗮𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 will be implemented starting 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. This initiative is part of the school’s continuous efforts to maintain a safe, secure, and conducive learning environment for everyone.

Through these regular inspections, we hope to help prevent prohibited items from entering the school and address potential safety concerns before they arise. We kindly ask all students to cooperate with the assigned personnel and follow the school’s guidelines during the inspection.

Cybercrimes evolve and so do their targets.

While children enjoy their games, they may unknowingly interact with predators who pretend to be their friend to earn their trust with the intention of exploiting them.

⚠️ Advisory for parents: Stay informed and familiarize yourself with the tactics and red flags commonly displayed by predators to identify and avoid potential threats.

For related or similar incidents, file an immediate report to Hotline 1326 or personally file a complaint at the CICC headquarters at the 3rd floor of Studio 7 located at GMA-Kamuning Station.
