March 12, 2026 — The Philippine Air Force, through Tactical Operations Group 9 (TOG 9), led by Col. Sharon Loue V. Montallana, conducted a Medical and Dental Outreach Mission in Brgy. Teresita, Piñan, aimed at delivering medical and dental services to far-flung communities that are rarely reached by such programs.

The activity also highlighted the Tactical Operations Reserve Squadron – Dipolog City, led by Cpt Al Dexter Gumera, as it initiated its operational role in community and civil-military support, with guidance and assistance from the 6th ARCEN, Philippine Air Force.

A total of 307 residents benefited from the outreach, including 162 adult medical patients, 75 pediatric patients, and 70 dental patients. The mission was supported by medical personnel from Corazon Hospital, Dr. Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital, and other medical institutions, as well as by the Rotary Club of Dipolog, Rotary Club Metro Dipolog, and other civic organizations. The LGU of Piñan, headed by Mayor Rommel I. Gudmalin, along with other government agencies, also provided assistance, demonstrating strong collaboration in delivering essential services to the community.
