"The Zamboanga del Norte Police Provincial Office under my command, is serious on its stance on Non-Partisanship and Impartiality in this coming National and Local Election 2022.

ZNPPO Personnel who will involve themselves in this kind of unethical and partisan activities, will be subject to disciplinary actions and investigation.

We, the ZNPPO, want nothing less but a peaceful, accurate, free, fair and secure conduct of National and Local Election this coming May 9, 2022 not only in Zamboanga del Norte but for the entire country we love."

That at about 1:00 O’ clock in the afternoon of March 5, 2015, SSg Richard B. Loquinano (OS) PA- team leader supervisor/ operation PNCO and Sgt Juanito H. Labadan (OS) PA – technician from 2nd EOD Platoon, 3EOD Battalion, Army Support Command, Philippine Army, Iligan City conducted lecture to the participants of EORA CL 01-2015 at Conference Room, Sicayab, Dipolog City. Topics discussed were Bombs and Bomb Components and UXO Management and Protective Measures.

Labadan (OS) PA - Technician from 2nd EOD Platoon, 3EOD Battalion, Army Support Command, Philippine Army, Iligan City was the lecturer. Topic discussed was XO Identification and Marking (Practical).
