NOTICE OF VIDEO RECORDING – PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION AND OPENING OF BIDS

The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Municipal Government of Ditsa-an Ramain conducted the preliminary examination and opening of bids for the following procurement:

Project Title: Supply and Installation of CCTV Surveillance System at Various Locations in the Municipality of Ditsa-an Ramain

Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): ₱6,500,000.00
Procurement Mode: Competitive Bidding
Date and Time of Bid Opening: August 12, 2026, 2:00 PM
Venue: Conference Room, Municipal Hall, Ditsa-an Ramain, Lanao del Sur

As part of the Procuring Entity’s transparency and public-information measures under the New Government Procurement Act (Republic Act No. 12009) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), the proceedings were video recorded, with the recording initiated prior to the commencement of the proceedings.

The Procuring Entity attempted to comply with the livestreaming requirement under Section 38.2 of the IRR of RA 12009. However, the newly established official page of the Municipal Government of Ditsa-an Ramain was not yet eligible to use Facebook Live under the platform’s applicable requirements.

For the meantime, the complete video recording of the proceedings is being made available through this post as part of the Procuring Entity’s transparency and public-information measures.

The members of the BAC, BAC Secretariat, Technical Working Group, participating bidders or their authorized representatives, observers, and other attendees who were present during the proceedings are duly recorded in the official attendance sheet and minutes of the bid opening maintained by the BAC Secretariat.
