4. Other Light Coercions – Art. 287(2), RPC

5. Unjust Vexation – Art. 287(2), RPC

6. Trespass to Property – Art. 280, RPC, kung pasok sa threshold

7. Alarms and Scandals – Art. 155, RPC, kung pasok sa threshold

8. Malicious Mischief – Art. 327, RPC, kung pasok sa threshold

9. Theft – Art. 308, RPC, kung pasok sa applicable penalty threshold

10. Other offenses punishable by imprisonment of not more than 1 year or fine of not more than ₱5,000, subject to Sec. 408(c), R.A. No. 7160.

After all the preparations, and hard work, Barangay Bocboc’s 5-Year Barangay Ecological Solid Waste Management Plan (BESWMP) 2026–2030 has finally been defended successfully! 🎉👏
This achievement is not just about completing a plan—it is a commitment of our barangay to create a cleaner, healthier, safer, and more environmentally responsible community. 🌱♻️
Our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who shared their time, knowledge, effort, and support in making this possible. From the preparation of our documents and data, to the planning and presentation, every contribution truly mattered.
Special thanks to our Punong Barangay Hon. Hartwel L. Mateo, our BESWMC Chairperson Kagawad Cyrus S. Banay, the Barangay Council, BESWMC members, barangay workers, volunteers, purok leaders, and everyone who supported our solid waste management initiatives.
We are also grateful to our Municipal Government, MENRO Sir Abellanosa, MPDO Engr. Corotan ,and Maam Mai2x Babano from RHU SI the evaluators/panelists for their guidance, recommendations, and constructive comments that will help us further improve our implementation.
This successful defense marks another milestone for Barangay Bocboc. But more importantly, it marks the beginning of a stronger commitment to proper waste segregation, waste reduction, recycling, composting, waste diversion, and sustainable environmental practices. 🌎💚

🎉 FINALLY, BARANGAY BOCBOC IS NOW ZOD! 🎉
With grateful hearts, we proudly celebrate this milestone as Barangay Bocboc has successfully passed the Zero Open Defecation (ZOD) Validation! 💚👏
This achievement is not the work of one person or one group alone. It is the result of the collective effort, commitment, cooperation, and unity of our entire Barangay Bocboc community.
