​This event is held in celebration of the 2026 Civil Registration Month. We invite all interested unmarried couples to take this opportunity to formalize their union.

The Municipal Government of Dulag, Leyte headed by our Municipal Mayor, Hon. Jade A. Agullo, in coordination with the Municipal Civil Registrar’s Office and the Philippine Statistics Authority-Leyte conducted Mobile Civil Registration on the following dates and Barangays:
-December 2, 2025 - Brgy. Cabatoan Dulag, Leyte
-December 3, 2025 - Brgy. Tabu Dulag, Leyte
-December 9, 2025 - Brgy. San Vicente Dulag, Leyte
-December 10, 2025 - Brgy. M. H Del Pilar Dulag, Leyte

The following were the services/activities conducted:
1. Conduct Information Campaign on the Importance of Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS) Program.
2. Receive Requirements for Registration and Process Registration of Unregistered Births, Marriages, Deaths and Other Civil Registry Documents and Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP)
3. Assist and Process Out-Of-Town Delayed Registration of Births.
4. Accept Petitions for Correction of Clerical Error Under R.A. 9048 and R.A. 10172.
5. Extend Legitimation Processing and Accept Request for Security Papers (SECPA) of Civil Registry Documents from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).

4. NATIONAL ID OF THE APPLICANTS
5. BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF 2 SIBLINGS

7. CERTIFICATE OF DEATH FOR THE DECEASED PARENTS
8. AFFIDAVIT OF 2 DISINTERESTED PERSONS FOR LATE REGISTRATION

Those unmarried couple who wish to get married and willing to avail the FREE civil mass wedding please coordinate to municipal civil registrar before on JANUARY 31,2024.

Implementation of the PHIL ID Birth Registration Assistance Project ( PBRAP) at BRGY, BOLONGTOHAN,DULAG,LEYTE.
The LCR will verify from their record if they are not yet registered . The PSA will conduct further verification of records at Civil Registry System (CRS) Database and Omnibus Certification Will be used for FREE.Those with negative result (NO record) will be subject for delayed registration with the assistance of the concerned LCR.
