The 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗴 warmly welcomed the members of the 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝘆 during their courtesy visit aimed at encouraging Senior High School students of Dulag who aspire to become future cadets of the 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 (𝗣𝗠𝗔).

Representing our Local Chief Executive, 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗝𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗼, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗱𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗴, 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁, received the visiting delegation and expressed the LGU's support for initiatives that inspire the youth to pursue careers in public service, leadership, and national defense.

Through partnerships like this, the Municipality of Dulag continues to empower young Dulagnons to dream big, serve with honor, and become future leaders of our nation.

Earlier today, 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗝𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗼, welcomed 𝗠𝗿. 𝗟𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗱𝗼 𝗣. 𝗢𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗮, 𝗥𝗠𝗧, 𝗠𝗦𝗰, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 of the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 of the 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 - 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗮𝘀 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗯(𝗗𝗢𝗛 - 𝗘𝗩𝗖𝗛𝗗), during a courtesy visit at the Office of the Municipal Mayor.

He was accompanied by 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗝𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗝. 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗼, Sanitary Inspector II, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗷𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻, 𝗥𝗡, and 𝗠𝘀. 𝗥𝗲𝗷𝗶𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼, 𝗥𝗡, Program Staff, to discuss collaborative efforts in strengthening rabies prevention and control initiatives in the Municipality of Dulag.

The visit reaffirmed the strong partnership between the DOH and the LGU of Dulag in advancing quality healthcare services and promoting a healthier, safer community for every Dulagnon.

Every meaningful development begins with thoughtful planning, sound decision-making, and the collective commitment of leaders who place the welfare of their people above all else.

Today, 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 (𝗠𝗗𝗖) of the 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗴 convened at the 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿, 𝗗𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗯𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹 for a meeting aimed at discussing and endorsing key programs, projects, and initiatives that will contribute to the municipality's sustainable growth and inclusive development.

The Municipal Development Council serves as a vital platform where the Local Government Unit, barangay officials, national government agencies, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders work hand in hand to ensure that every policy, program, and investment responds to the real needs of the community.

Under the leadership of 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗝𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗼, the Municipality of Dulag continues to uphold the principles of good governance, transparency, accountability, and participatory development, ensuring that every decision made today lays the foundation for a stronger, more resilient, and more prosperous tomorrow.

True progress is built upon the foundations of peace, public safety, and resilient communities. Recognizing this, 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗝𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗼 proudly represented the 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗴 during the 𝗣𝗔𝗚-𝗔𝗧𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆, 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 held on 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at the 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹, 𝗧𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆.

With the theme "𝙀𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙇𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙎𝙖𝙛𝙚𝙧, 𝙋𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙡, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨," the summit served as a vital platform for local chief executives, national government agencies, law enforcement partners, and stakeholders to strengthen collaboration in advancing peacebuilding initiatives, disaster preparedness, public safety, and effective local governance.

𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗝𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗼, reaffirmed the commitment of the Local Government Unit of Dulag to champion policies and programs that promote peace, protect every family, strengthen community resilience, and ensure a secure environment where every Dulagnon can live, work, and prosper with confidence.

As Dulag continues its journey toward sustainable development, every partnership forged and every opportunity to learn becomes another step toward a future where peace is preserved, communities are empowered, and inclusive progress is achieved for all.

The 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗴, under the leadership of 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗝𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗼, gratefully received boxes of essential medicines from the 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗲𝘆𝘁𝗲 through the generous support of 𝗚𝗼𝘃. 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗼𝘀 𝗝𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗼 "𝗜𝗰𝗼𝘁" 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 and 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗼 "𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘆" 𝗝𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗲𝗿. The medicines was delivered by the official representative, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗔𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗶𝗮.

This meaningful assistance is more than a donation—it is a testament to the power of partnership and shared commitment to public health. Every box of medicine represents hope for families, relief for patients, and a continuing promise that quality healthcare should be within the reach of every Dulagnon, especially those who need it most.

𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗝𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗼, welcomed 𝗗𝗿. 𝗧𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲 𝗕𝗶𝗸𝗸𝘂 from the 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗪𝗛𝗢) during a courtesy call on 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟯𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at the Mayor’s Office.

𝗗𝗿. 𝗕𝗶𝗸𝗸𝘂 conducted a monitoring visit to evaluate the implementation of the 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗹𝗲𝘀 - 𝗥𝘂𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗠𝗥𝗦𝗜𝗔) in the municipality. Joining the productive discussion were Municipal Health Officer 𝗗𝗿. 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗕. 𝗔𝗹𝘃𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘇 and 𝗠𝗿. 𝗝𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗼, who both continue to spearhead local health initiatives and ensure seamless ex*****on on the ground.

Guided by the administration's vision of 𝟯𝗣𝘀: 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗗𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝗻, 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗝𝗔𝗗𝗘 serves as a lasting investment in the future of our youth by strengthening educational programs, expanding scholarship opportunities, and fostering meaningful partnerships with educational institutions and development stakeholders.

On 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the Local Government Unit of Dulag celebrated another historic milestone through the 𝗥𝗶𝗯𝗯𝗼𝗻-𝗖𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗮𝘂𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗴 𝗥𝗛𝗨 𝗔𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 (𝗔𝗕𝗧𝗖) —a significant step toward ensuring that every Dulagnon has immediate access to lifesaving animal bite treatment and rabies prevention services.

The opening of this facility is more than just the inauguration of a new health center—it is a symbol of the Municipality's unwavering commitment to protect lives, strengthen public health, and bring essential medical services closer to the people. No longer will residents need to travel to distant facilities to receive urgent post-exposure treatment. The care they need is now within their community, where every second counts and every life matters.

This remarkable achievement reflects the visionary leadership of 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗝𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗼, the invaluable support of the 𝟭𝟯𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗴 headed by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗹 𝗗. Participants gained valuable insights on financial management, budgeting, savings, responsible borrowing, and effective business planning—essential tools to help MSMEs strengthen their operations, improve financial resilience, and seize greater business opportunities.

Through strong collaboration between the LGU Dulag and DTI, the seminar highlighted the importance of financial literacy in building competitive, innovative, and sustainable enterprises that contribute to the municipality's economic progress.
