You know who makes every celebration unforgettable? The people working behind the scenesโthe artists, designers, stylists, makeup artists, performers, photographers, event staff, and many others. Many of them are part of the LGBTQIA+ community, tirelessly helping the world shine while also continuing to seek something as basic as love, acceptance, equality, and safety from violence in the streets.
They are also the same individuals who help shape culture, strengthen communities, and contribute to our nationโs progress and economy in countless ways, often without enough recognition.
