A meeting was conducted at the Dumaguete City Police Station relative to the planning and rescheduling of the GIANT GUARDIANS Duty Detail, including the designation of Areas of Responsibility to ensure effective deployment and operational readiness.

The meeting was attended by:

The activity emphasized unified coordination, improved duty scheduling, and continued commitment to peace and order in Dumaguete City.

𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘀 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹!

On February 8, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM, Sir Sean Patton P. Estacion, Negros Oriental Provincial Forcemultiplier President, had a productive meeting and discussion with Mayor Manuel "Chiquiting" Sagarbarria, Mayor of Dumaguete City at his residence.

The conversation centered around fostering stronger collaboration and partnerships among various advocacy support groups and volunteers in our efforts to enhance public safety. A key focus was placed on the strict compliance and ex*****on of the curfew in Dumaguete City. We emphasized the importance of adhering to this regulation as a vital measure in ensuring the safety and well-being of our community.

Additionally, we are committed to supporting our local city and municipal police stations to ensure a coordinated approach that contributes to peace and development in our community. Every volunteer counts in our mission for a safer and more peaceful city and province of Negros Oriental.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗰. (𝗚𝗜𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗜𝗻𝗰.) or GIANT GUARDIANS played a pivotal role as a force multiplier during the UNDAS 2025 (All Souls Day) observance across various cities and municipalities, including Dumaguete City, Mabinay, Dauin, and Sibulan. Our commitment to fostering a peaceful and safe community is supported by seven years of consistent action aligned with our mission for a holistic government and national transformation. This initiative not only reinforces community safety but also exemplifies the effectiveness of collaboration between local law enforcement and community organizations in promoting a sustainable and harmonious environment for all.

Special thanks are due to our Founder and Provincial Forcemultiplier President of Negros Oriental, 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗣. 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻, whose leadership has been instrumental in achieving these outcomes and fostering collaboration with local government and law enforcement.

3. Promises of Financial Aid or Ayuda
4. Lack of community services
5. Focus solely on recruitment without background checks
6. No legal entity status
7. Absence of membership IDs and certificates
8. Promotion of chaos through hearsay
9. National/local officers lacking administrative experience
10. Leaders with criminal cases or personal misconduct

Join us in celebrating seven transformative years in Negros Oriental! Our dream of making Dumaguete City the safest city in the Philippines has become a reality, with recognition from the World Index.

𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠:
✅ Under the leadership of our Founding Father, Sean Patton P. Estacion, with support from Governor Manuel "Chaco" Sagarbarria, Mayor Manuel "Chiquiting" Sagarbarria and police leadership, we’ve empowered numerous peace advocates and Guardians groups.

✅ We launched a Grand Educational Summit, focusing on the principles of the Guardians Brotherhood.

✅ Established an Information Gathering Network for peaceful elections across Negros Oriental.

✅ Collaborated with government agencies for Nation Building and National Transformation, inspiring grassroots citizens to become proactive champions of peace.

✅ Engaged in humanitarian efforts like blood donation drives, clean-up campaigns, and feeding programs in partnership with the Fraternal Order of Eagles.

✅ Actively supported law enforcement as a force multiplier in various cities and municipalities, assisting daily police operations, OPLAN GALUGAD, OPLAN SITA, Checkpoint, and other law enforcement activities as the need arose, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

✅ Proudly awarded as the Best and Most Active Support Group by the Negros Oriental Police Provincial Office for 2024 and 2025.

✅ Partnered with the 302nd Infantry Achiever Brigade of the Philippine Army for the 1st Achiever Bike for a Cause event.

✅ Initiated the unification of all Guardians in Negros Island Region, inspired by the legacy of the late retired COL Leborio "BFG ABRAHAM" Jangao Jr., fostering a stronger regional alliance.
