Dumaguete City Public Library

Dumaguete City Public Library Dumaguete City Public Library is located at the ground floor building of the City Mayor's Office right beside Fire Station.

In 1958 the United States Information Services organized a mini library at corner Perdices Street(formerly Alfonso XIII Street) and San Juan Street. Then on 1959-1960 it was managed by the Local Rotary Club of Dumaguete and then it was turned over to the City Government of Dumaguete which is now know as the Dumaguete City Public Library located at the ground floor of the City Hall, Colon Street
