ISKOLARSHIP PROGRAM

We no longer accept incomplete requirements. Applicants who fail to submit all the required documents on or before the deadline will not be allowed to join the program.

NEW Applicants will be prioritized. Returnee students will be evaluated based on their active participation during their batch and their academic performance (grades).

Recent batches will not be accommodated to give priority to new applicants.

📍REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNEE APPLICANTS:

1. Proof of enrollment for SY: 2026-2027
2. A picture of ANY ACTIVITY CONDUCTED BY SK TACLOBO that you ATTENDED.
3. Attached screenshot of KK profiling submission.
4. Applicant must be a REGISTERED VOTER/S.

ACCEPTING NEW APPLICANTS ‼️

1. Accomplished Application Form with 2x2 picture
(Print 1 copy of the attached file below and fill it up for your details)
2. 1 Photocopy of Proof of Enrollment for the current semester (Registrar's Certification, Class Schedule/Validated Load Slip, or Enrollment Slip).
3. Applicant must be a REGISTERED VOTER/S.
4. 1 Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate.
5. 1 Copy of Barangay Certification of Indigency.
6. Must fill up the KK online Profiling with printed screenshot of submission.

🧠💙 June 28, 2026 | Empowering the Youth Through Knowledge and Support

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Taclobo successfully conducted a Mental Health Seminar with Dr. Donabelle Manaho-Dy, followed by a S*x Education Seminar facilitated by our very own SK Councilor Gian Rainer Dino, RN.

The activity also included the Release of Educational Assistance – Batch 5, reaffirming our commitment to supporting the education and overall well-being of the youth in our community.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our speakers, participants, and everyone who made this meaningful activity a success. Together, we continue to build a healthier, more informed, and empowered generation.

Congratulations to the Top 20 Outstanding Players of the Taclobo Sportfest 2K26 Basketball Tournament!

Your hard work, performance, and dedication throughout the tournament have earned you a spot among the best players selected for the next stage of evaluation.

You are hereby invited to attend the FINAL TRYOUT and COMMITMENT to the TEAM for the upcoming U30 Inter Barangay Basketball Tournament.

📅 Date: June 7, 2026 (Sunday)
📍 Venue: Taclobo Gym
⏰ Time: 5:00 PM onwards

This final tryout will determine the official Final 15 Man Roster that will represent Team Taclobo in the upcoming U30 Inter Barangay Basketball Tournament.

Attendance is highly required. Players are expected to arrive on time, wear proper basketball attire, and be prepared to showcase their skills, discipline, and commitment to the team.

This is your chance to earn your spot and proudly represent Barangay Taclobo. Only those who are fully committed and ready to compete will be selected.
