Following a coordination meeting led by acting OIC City Administrator Dr. Dinno Depositario and CNAO Delia Serion, the Dumaguete City Public Market Vendors Association, headed by President Engr. Rogelio Macion, paid a courtesy visit to Mayor Chiquiting Sagarbarria to formalize a generous monthly donation initiative. To support the City Nutrition Officeโ€™s Dietary Supplementation Program, the vendors have committed to providing a steady supply of meat, vegetables, fruits, and dry goods to help rehabilitate malnourished children and vulnerable constituents. This collaborative effort marks a significant step in the cityโ€™s fight against nutritional challenges, with local leaders expressing deep gratitude for the vendors' commitment to community welfare.

MTF- Market Task Force The Buglasan Festival is known as the "Festival of Festivals" in Negros Oriental, Philippines. Held annually throughout the last week of October, primarily in the provincial capital of Dumaguete City, this massive, multi-day event unites the entire province.
โ€‹The festival serves as a grand showcase of the diverse cultures, traditions, and local achievements of all the cities and municipalities of Negros Oriental. Dressed in white, gold green combination. the MTF members marched in well-organized formations, their steady pace and vigilant Dumaguete City Public Market task force participating this event. Together with Head market taskforce Eduardo S. Oira and Engr. Letty Ebarita Duran, City Economic Officer of the Public Market.
