On the above-mentioned date, time, and venue, the R-PSB Team Sta. Carmen, led by PLT Emerson D. Hilario, conducted a basketball practice and skills clinic for the student-athletes of Dr. Laureano R. Frial Integrated School in preparation for their participation in the upcoming Unit Meet.

The activity was conducted under PROJECT RISE (Raising Individuals’ Skills and Excellence), which aims to promote athletic development, discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship among the youth.
