Passing the board exam is a triumph, but knowing the sleepless nights and the mental and physical hardships you endured makes this even more special while serving our community is no small feat. You’ve shown us all what true leadership and dedication look like. You carried the weight of leadership while chasing your license, and you crossed the finish line with flying colors. Congratulations, Municipality of Dumangas, for passing the Child-Friendly Local Governance Audit!

The CFLGA is an annual assessment that measures how effectively LGUs implement child-centered policies, programs, and interventions. For FY 2025, it evaluated the FY 2024 performance of LGUs to ensure the promotion, protection, and fulfillment of children’s rights at the local level.
