Welcome, The Dumangas-Barotac Nuevo Water District (DBNWD) was created by virtue of Resolution No. 136 of 1982, enacted by the Sangguniang Bayan of Dumangas in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 198, as amended by President Decree Nos. 768 and 1479.

Please be informed that the CLPI Water Treatment Plant located in Brgy. Maquina, Dumangas, produced low water supply pressure today, August 4, 2026, due to a problem in the intake pump.

As a result, the Municipality of Dumangas is currently experiencing low water pressure to no water supply in affected areas.

In view of this, a large portion of the municipality of Barotac Nuevo will temporarily experience low pressure to no water supply.

Please be informed of the temporary 2-hr shutdown of the water supply at the Hydrovast Water Treatment Plant located at Salihid Btac. Nuevo tonight, July 29, 2026, from 10 pm to 12 midnight, due to the installation of a 75 kW storage pump.

In view of this, a large portion of the municipality of Barotac Nuevo will temporarily experience no water supply.
