Cagayan Valley Agriculture, Aquatic and Resources Research and Development CVAARRD is committed to provide and implement inter-institutional mechanism that are focus and harness the R&D capabilities, programs and resources.

CVAARRD was created to promote Science and Technology applications for Agriculture, Aquatic, Forestry and Natural Resources (AANR) sector and provide a venue for joint planning, monitoring evaluation and sharing resources through collaborative interventions among its members through the implementation of Strategic Research and Development, Capability Building and R&D Governance, Research Result Dissemination and Utilization, and Policy Advocacy.
