𝐈𝐍 ππ‡πŽπ“πŽπ’ || On 23 NOVEMBER 2025 the 420th Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps Unit successfully held it's 10th Formation Day at Palawan States University El Nido.

The day began with a proper inspection, checking proper bearing, discipline, ensuring every uniform, paosture , and leadership values among cadet's. Followed by discussing the Military courtesy and discipline.

Cadets also focused on mastering the Close Order Drill (COD) and performing various basic drills as part of their rigorous ROTC training program, honing their discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills.

𝐈𝐍 ππ‡πŽπ“πŽπ’ || On 16 NOVEMBER 2025 the 420th Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps Unit successfully held it's 9th Formation Day at Palawan States University El Nido.

The day began with a proper inspection, checking proper bearing, discipline, ensuring every uniform, paosture , and leadership values among cadet's.

Cadets also focused on mastering the Close Order Drill (COD) and performing various basic drills as part of ROTC training, showing discipline and teamwork, gaining valuable leadership skills and physical endurance, truly a proud moment! They've definitely worked hard and it shows in their dedication and commitment to serve and protect.

𝐈𝐍 ππ‡πŽπ“πŽπ’ || On 19 OCTOBER 2025 the 420th Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps Unit successfully held it's 8th Formation Day at Palawan States University El Nido.

The day began with a proper inspection, checking proper bearing, discipline, and leadership values among cadet's.The MS1 successfully held it's first Semester Midterm Examination.

Cadets also focused on mastering the Close Order Drill (COD) and performing various basic drills as part of ROTC training, sharpening their coordination, precision, and teamwork.

"Discipline is the foundation of leadership. As a cadet, cultivating discipline and leadership skills is crucial to serving to our country and upholding justice with integrity and honor."

The ROTC officer's conduct quizzes will include topics previously discussed about the Military Courtesy and Discipline, AFP Organization.
And teahing basic drills close order drills (COD) to every cadets, proper bearing and Conduct Company size.

The 420th NROTCU – El Nido Campus ROTC Officers proudly conducted their first ROTC training for Academic Year 2025-2026, guiding new cadets through the fundamentals of ROTC commands

The session focused on instilling discipline, proper bearing, and basic command ex*****on, laying the foundation for leadership and service in the Armed Forces of the Philippines Reserve Command

With this first step, our cadets are now better prepared to face the challenges ahead as they embark on their ROTC journey
