Stronger, united, and committed! ✨
The El Nido Municipal Employees’ Association gathered for its 2nd Regular Meeting to ensure transparency, accountability, and member welfare.
The El Nido Municipal Employees’ Association (ENMEA) successfully conducted its Second Regular Meeting to discuss important updates and employee concerns.
One of the highlights was the report of the CSC Celebration Committee, which presented the amount to be turned over to ENMEA from the Fun Run collections. The body agreed that these funds will be used to support the upcoming ENMEA Anniversary, providing an opportunity for members to gather, interact, and strengthen camaraderie.
Updates were also presented on financial documents not turned over as of September 4, 2025, including the original and updated membership lists, records of members with existing loans to previous administrations, registration documents, and the internal audited financial report (Statement of Receipts and Expenditures).
On the matter of the employees’ parking area, the association resolved to request a dialogue with the Committee on Road Clearing and the Municipal Mayor to address employees’ concerns and explore possible solutions.
Other agenda items included ENMEA’s representation in special bodies and committees, the proposed visit of the LGU-Bataraza and Brooke’s Point Employees Association, and updates on the medical allowance for employees.
The meeting served as a venue for members to raise issues, share updates, and prepare for upcoming activities of the association.
