CVO MONTHLY MEETING

Program of Activities

To be facilitated by the assigned personnel.

3. Opening of the Meeting
Welcome remarks and brief opening of the monthly meeting.

4. Meeting Proper
To be conducted by our very own Barangay Secretary Arnel L. Capili.

5. Discussion of Duties and Responsibilities

- CVO duties and responsibilities
- Proper deployment and assignment of personnel
- Strict observance of assigned duty schedules and time
- Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
- Proper turnover and coordination between shifts
- Attendance, punctuality, and accountability
- Other matters concerning the effective implementation of CVO duties

6. Other Matters
Open discussion for concerns, suggestions, and recommendations.

7. Closing Remarks
Summary of agreements, reminders, and next steps.
