In celebration of the Civil Registration Month this February and in line with the mandate of the office to conduct a continuous recording of vital events and the vision of the city to empower the citizenry by ensuring that all tagnipan-ons are registered and have their legal documents and IDs as proof of identity, the El Salvador City Civil Registry Office, in partnership with PSA Region 10 and PSA Misamis Oriental, will once again conduct a BARANGAY MOBILE CIVIL REGISTRATION AND EDUCATION CAMPAIGN AND CONSULTATION at BARANGAY HINIGDAAN this FEBRUARY 21, 2025 at 9:00 am bringing the following services:

1. FREE DELAYED REGISTRATION OF BIRTH WITH FREE ISSUANCE OF PSA BIRTH CERTIFICATE later on for those:
🔺Who have no registered birth certificate yet 🔺Verified Negative under BRAP
🔺Surveyed by the CBMS 2022 with No Registered Birth

2. FREE National ID Registration for those who have no PhilID yet
