The Inter-Agency Council against Child Po*******hy was created under the mandate of Republic Act 9775.

The National Coordination Center against Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children and Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials (NCC-OSAEC-CSAEM) was created under the mandate of Republic Act No. 11930 or the Anti-OSAEC and Anti-CSAEM Act.

Kabilang dito ang mga sitwasyon kung saan:

🚩 Pinipilit o inuudyok ang bata na gumawa o magpadala ng sekswal na larawan o video online
🚩 Ginagamit ang social media, online games, o chat apps upang makipagkilala at manipulahin ang mga bata
🚩 Ibinebenta, ipinapakalat, o ibinabahagi online ang malalaswang larawan o video na sangkot ang mga bata

Ngayong alam mo na, may napapansin ka bang kahina-hinalang online activity na maaaring naglalagay sa mga bata sa panganib?

The suspect, victim, payment trail, and digital evidence may all be in different jurisdictions.

That is why international cooperation is not optional — it is central to child protection.

At the 35th Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice , the Philippines will convene partners to discuss how cross-border cooperation can be strengthened from referral and information sharing to investigation, prosecution, and survivor-centered protection.

Experts from technology, education, telecommunications, cybersecurity, and youth advocacy shared key insights on building safer digital spaces through stronger protection mechanisms, responsible platform governance, digital literacy, and meaningful youth participation in shaping online policies and technologies. ✊

Joining the conversation were Executive Director Barbara Mae Flores of NCC-OSAEC-CSAEM, Ms. Bea Bautista of TikTok, Prof. JC Santos of OpenLearning, Atty. Francine Turo of Globe TeleCom, Dir. Rojun Valaquio Hosillos of the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC), and Jed, Youth Advisor, who presented key insights from the Children’s AI Position Paper.
