➡️ Edad 18-65 anyos (mga donors nga ang edad munubo sa 18, kinahanglan ug PARENT'S CONSENT; mga donors mutaas sa 60, magkinahanglan ug DOCTOR'S APPROVAL)

➡️ Matulog nga dili mo nubo sa 6-8 ka oras

➡️ Dili usa mo kaon ug mga mantikaong pagkaon

➡️ Kinahanglan mamahaw daan antis mo adto sa venue

➡️ Mo inom ug daghang tubig

➡️ Usa ka adlaw sa wala pa o sulod sa adlaw sa donasyon likayi ang pagpanigarilyo ug pag-inom og mga ilimnon nga maka hubog.
