As the newly elected President of this organization, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who put their trust in me and gave me the opportunity to serve in this role.

I understand that leadership is not an easy task and it carries both responsibility and accountability.
While I may not yet be the best at leading people, I am committed to proving my capability and dedication as I take on this new journey.

My goal is to help our organization and its members continue to grow and improve. I look forward to seeing our organization take an active role in upcoming school events while also creatingh opportunities that will further develop the skills of our members.

With this, I plan to initiate team-building activities and other meaningful programs that will strengthen our unity and support personal growth.

Being a SMT is a privilege, helping other people who needs medical assistant makes our blood flows smoothly.

This is my quote in every response: "Not all heroes wear capes, some heroes only wear mask and gloves, Many people may discourage you but we have our courage to go through. Don't afraid to make a mistake, learn form it and don't you worry, it is part of the process."

Every chapter must close, yet what is written within it shall remain. My time as Vice President Internal of the Spartan Medics Team has reached its end, but the honor of standing beside men and women who chose service above glory shall never fade. Titles may pass, but the spirit we forged together shall endure.

I shall forever cherish the memories, and I give my deepest gratitude to every member, for the friendships that became strength, the bonds that became family, and the countless lives we have saved and served together. These are treasures far greater than any title I have held.

May the Spartan Medics Team remain steadfast in duty, unshaken in unity, and guided always by compassion. Carry forward the flame we once kindled, and let it burn brighter for those who will follow after us.

Hold fast to this truth: greatness is never found in the title we bear, but in the lives we touch and the legacy we leave behind.

Hello everyone, and welcome to a new semester! 🎉 A special shoutout to our newly accepted applicants – we know you're here not just to fulfill ROTC requirements, but to extend your commitment to service. Welcome to the Spartans Medic Team (SMT)!

It's incredible to see how far we've come. From a single idea, a one-person endeavor, we've grown into a team of almost 50 strong, and we're still growing! This journey hasn't been without its challenges, but with the unwavering support of our school nurses and dedicated members, we've overcome every obstacle.

We owe immense gratitude to Nurse Liza Tanguyan, who shaped SMT with her guidance and vision. Even though you're no longer with us on campus, your influence remains. Thank you, Sir Sherwin Baynosa, our adviser; without your help, SMT wouldn't be what it is today. To Nurse Sheena Huyatid, thank you for the opportunities you've provided to enhance our skills. And to our new nurses, Nurse Beth and Nurse Jessette, your unwavering support and willingness to help are deeply appreciated.

We may not have the most advanced equipment due to budget constraints – relying on our own funds and the generosity of our beloved nurses – but our dedication to preserving life is what keeps us going. We might not be the head start, but you can always count on us to be the backup you need.

Today, as I step down from this position, I carry with me not just the memories of challenges and triumphs, but also the lessons that shaped me into a stronger and more dedicated person. Fulfilling this position has been both a privilege and a duty, which has shown me the genuine essence of leadership, collaboration, and service.

To my fellow officers and members, thank you for the trust, support, and encouragement you’ve given me throughout this journey. Leadership is never about titles or positions it is about inspiring others, building bridges, and leaving a mark that lasts beyond our term.

As I pass on the responsibility to the next set of leaders, I encourage you to continue striving with passion, humility, and dedication. Let us not forget that every effort we give, no matter how small, contributes to something greater than ourselves.

SPARTANS MEDIC TEAM came from a humble beginning, with the goal to save lives especially during ROTC Drill. Our only mission was to respond during emergency. But, who would have thought that this team emerged and formed a family. We shined brightest on our own pace.

As an outgoing president for two consecutive years, I have witnessed our achievements and downfall. Those tired but fulfilling moments when we were tasked during Intramurals, University week, Graduation Day, Crim Day, and Reception Rites. Received awards and recognition, and even gratitude from people we took care.

Those living moments when we always celebrate after important events, asking "Ma'am, may pamahaw?" and I sometimes reply "Waay ta pamahaw Kay volunteerism ni, kung may mahatag thank you gid".
We sometimes receive special mention sa NGL, which flatter our ears. Ikaw ba naman hambalan "Thank you Spartan medic! Kacaring sa inyo!", hindi maglapad imo atay?
Those missed Christmas party, which remains a "Drawing lang dyapon". Those planned laag, na plano lang dyapon. Those years were never perfect but is always the BEST.

To the newly elected officers of SPARTANS MEDIC TEAM, I salute you for taking a step towards the betterment of our organization.

To the members, both old and new one, may you continue the legacy we have started. SMT is now on your shoulder, carry it with pride and never tarnish our reputation.

With a happy heart, I can be at peace knowing that all of you are now capable of standing on your feet. Thank you so much for making my college journey worth it!
