A beachfront property in Brgy. Japitan, Escalante City, Negros Occidental, Philippines. The total land area is 4.3 hectares, with the developed portion situated within a 1.3 hectare walled compound. The property has been maintained and improved by its present owners since its acquistion in 2005.

Casa Nostra has magnificent seaviews to the south and east across the Tanon Strait to the island of Cebu about 30 kms. away. The part of the Cebu west coast seen from Casa Nostra stretches over 60 kms. from Tuburan through Balamban to Toledo City and beyond.

Facilities include a 170+ meter beach, a swimming pool, 3 pagodas, and a large Pavilion set on the cliff top. The Pavilion includes a shower room and a kitchen where you can cook your own food. All utensils, crockery, a fridge, and two burners are provided including gas.

There are two separate sets of steps to access the beach. There are two bungalows with 4 available bedrooms which can accommodate 20 people comfortably (more with fold-out mattresses).

This is an ideal place to relax overnight (or longer). It is also available for a day tour basis and is an ideal location for a photoshoot. Casa Nostra can also serve more elaborate celebrations such as birthdays or weddings with outstanding quality food. Larger functions can be catered for with a menu to suit your individual requirements.

St. Francis of Assisi Church Ruins

Located in Old Poblacion was built as part of the mission of the Augustinian Recollects in the late 19th century in the pueblo of Escalante (now Old Poblacion) . The church ruins is really not a big structure but this is a living witness of the spread of Christianity in the place.The ruins are now classified as a historic structure.
