"A Resolution declaring the realignment of the Budget of Barangay Daladap,Espranza,Sultan Kudarat in the amount of One Hundred Twenty Six Thousand (P126,000.00) which was taken from the unutilized aggregate budget under the 20% development fund of this Barangay for Calendar Yaer 2021, and Appropriating the same amount amount as augmentation fund for the development of D**e Protection in this Barangay in accord with the Local Budgeting procedures and operative in its Entirety as of its effectivity date."

Ploteña ang kanyang vision ang kanyang pangrap na magkaroon ng isang makabagong Espeanza kung saan di lang po nakikita kundi narramdaman ng bwat mamamayan ang tinatawag nating serbisyong tapat at maasahan na hindi lng po tayo nagbibigay ng maganda di lng po tayo nagbibigay what is good.but we give to our people our excellent,quality,efficient services na nandiyan po lagi para sa ating mga kababayan.
