This initiative aims to strengthen awareness among property owners regarding Real Property Tax obligations, updates, and other programs and services of the Municipal Assessor’s Office.

Through this activity, we continue to promote transparency, compliance, and public understanding of property taxation for the development of the municipality.

Day 2 na karon sa Municipal Assessment Team sa pagpahigayon sa field inspection sa mga real properties, lakip ang residential buildings ug other improvements nga wala pa nadeclare sa among RPTIS, dinhi sa Barangay Poblacion karong adlawa.

Kini nga kalihokan kabahin sa mandate sa Municipal Assessor’s Office sa pag-appraise ug pag-assess sa tanang real properties aron masiguro ang husto, patas, ug updated nga assessment.

📌 Pahinumdom sa tanang property owners:
Kung ang inyong property o improvements wala pa nadeclare, palihug mo-report sa Municipal Assessor’s Office aron malikayan ang penalties ug para sa hustong pag-update sa records.
