2. CENOMAR
3. Parental Consent/Advice (18-25 yrs. old applicants)
4. Pre-Marriage Orientation and Counseling Seminar (ABC Hall)
5. Cedula (2026)
6. Kung Balo ang magpapakasal - Death Certificate ng yumaong asawa

*Kung 18-25 yrs. old po ang magpapakasal, papuntahin po ang mga magulang dala ang kanilang valid IDs sa Municipal Civil Registry Office ng Famy, Laguna para po sa Parental Consent/Advice.

Para po sa iba pang mga katanungan at detalye ay maaari po kayong magsadya sa Office of the Municipal Civil Registrar Famy, Laguna, Mon-Fri @ 8am-5pm.

Para po sa iba pang mga katanungan at detalye ay maaari po kayong magsadya sa Office of the Municipal Civil Registrar Famy, Laguna, Mon-Fri @ 8am-5pm.

Ang mga aplikante po para sa gaganaping kasalang bayan ay maaari lamang mag pasa ng mga nasabing requirements hanggang September 30, 2025.

Magkakaroon po ng Registration ng National I.D. o Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) sa December 21, 2024 Sabado, sa ganap na 9:00am - 3:00pm sa Barangay Hall ng Kapatalan, Brgy. Kapatalan Famy, Laguna.

Ano-ano po ba ang mga dokumentong kakailanganin para sa pagpapatala sa National I.D o Philippine Identification System (PhilSys)?

Requirements:

To register for a PhilSys ID, you need to bring the original copy of one of the following primary documents:

• A PSA-issued Certificate of Live Birth and a government-issued ID with your full name, front-facing photo, and signature or thumb mark
• A Philippine Passport or ePassport from the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)
• A Unified Multi-purpose Identification Card (UMID) from GSIS or SSS
• A Student's License Permit or Non-Professional/Professional Driver's License from the Land Transportation Office (LTO)

If you don't have a primary document, you can use an alternative or additional document that includes:
• A front-facing photo, signature, or thumb mark
• Your full name
• Your permanent address
• Your date of birth

Some examples of alternative or additional documents include:
• Certificate of Foundling
• Certificate of Live Birth of Person with No Known Parent/s
• IBP Identification Card
• PRC ID
• Seaman's Book (Seafarer's Record Book)
• OWWA E-Card
• Senior Citizen's ID
