𝐌𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐓 𝐒𝐀 𝐏𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐘𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐍

Nagsagawa ang Municipal Peace and Order Council (MPOC), katuwang ang PNP Allacapan, ng Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC), Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team (BPAT), and Barangay Tanod Enhancement Training ngayong Agosto 25, 2026 sa Allacapan Municipal Gymnasium, na dinaluhan ng 212 kalahok mula sa iba’t ibang barangay ng Allacapan.

Kabilang sa mga kalahok ang mga Punong Barangay, Barangay Secretaries, Barangay Treasurers, BPAT members, at BADAC members. Tinalakay sa pagsasanay ang mga usapin tungkol sa peace and order, kampanya kontra ilegal na droga at terorismo, mga responsibilidad ng BADAC, at law enforcement procedures. Nagsagawa rin ang PNP Allacapan ng practical exercises tulad ng self defense at arresting and handcuffing techniques.

Dumalo rin sa programa sina Vice Mayor Jay-Ar D. Florida, MPOC Vice-Chairman, at Sangguniang Bayan Member Arnulfo S. Español, na kapwa nagbigay ng mensahe at nagpahayag ng suporta sa isinagawang aktibidad.

Sa pagtatapos ng aktibidad, nagpasalamat si PMAJ Vicente O. Orquia Jr., Acting Chief of Police ng Allacapan Police Station, sa lahat ng nakiisa at hinikayat ang mga kalahok na patuloy na makipagtulungan sa mga awtoridad sa pagpapanatili ng kapayapaan at seguridad sa kanilang mga barangay.

Patuloy na nagtutulungan ang Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Allacapan, PNP Allacapan, at mga barangay para sa ligtas at mapayapang Allacapan.

𝟏𝟕𝐈𝐁 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬 𝟕𝟐 𝐁𝐨𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦-𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐞-𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

𝗟𝗔𝗟-𝗟𝗢, 𝗖𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗡 — The 17th Infantry (Do or Die) Battalion, through its Alpha Company, facilitated team-building and tree-planting activities for 72 participants of the Municipal-Wide Patrol Leaders Training Course of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) Allacapan North-South Scouting District Council at Barangay Silagan, Allacapan, Cagayan.

As part of the three-day training, the boy scouts completed an obstacle journey designed to develop teamwork, discipline, confidence, and leadership. The participants also took part in a tree-planting activity to promote environmental responsibility.

Through its partnership with the Boy Scouts of the Philippines and other youth organizations, the 17th Infantry (Do or Die) Battalion continues to support activities that develop disciplined, responsible, and service-oriented youth in Cagayan.

BANGAG, Lal-lo || Naghatid ng kamalayan at kaalaman sa mga mag-aaral, magulang, at mga kawani ng Agaman Proper at Imurung National High School ang Charlie Company ng 17th Infantry Battalion na pinangunahan ni 1Lt John Ruffher S Villamarzo sa isinagawang School-Based Symposium partikular ang Information Awareness Campaign (IAC) sa West Philippine Sea (WPS).

Kaparehong aktibidad na may karagdagang Serbisyo Caravan ang isinagawa sa Sitio Hot Spring, Brgy. Asinga Via sa pangunguna ni Mayor Leonardo C. Pattung, kasama ang Charlie Company na pinamunuan ni Sargeant Erwin Sulca.

Hangarin ng 17IB na patuloy na isusulong ang mga programang pang-edukasyon at kamalayan sa impormasyon na naglalayon na mapalawak ang kaalaman at kamalayan ng mga mag-aaral, magulang, at mga kawani ng paaralan tungkol sa West Philippine Sea, kahalagahan nito sa bansa, at ang papel ng bawat mamamayan sa pagsusulong ng pambansang kamalayan, pagkakaisa, at responsableng pagkamamamayan.

𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝟓𝐈𝐃 𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐚𝐰 𝐄𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐛𝐫𝐚

𝗟𝗔𝗟-𝗟𝗢, 𝗖𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 – Serving with “Malasakit,” the 502nd Infantry (Liberator) Brigade and the 17th Infantry (Do or Die) Battalion, together with the people of Cagayan, extended food and non-food assistance to troops of the 5th Infantry (STAR) Division engaged in law enforcement security operations in the Province of Abra.

The 17th Infantry Battalion consolidated 50 boxes of assorted food provisions, two sacks of rice, and various non-food items donated by families, friends, and stakeholders in Cagayan. The donated items were subsequently turned over to the 503rd Infantry Brigade in support of the continuing law enforcement security operations in Abra.

The Battalion expresses its sincere gratitude to Mr. Paul Hinlo, Ms. Llynette Sheila Binasoy, Engr. Isidro R. Duran, Ms. Caroline Lasam-Aquino, Dr. Ethel Biscaro-Pagaddu, Atty. Melvin B. Calimag, Ms. Precilla D. Chua, Dr. Marisa D. Cabucana, Rev. Fr. Ramiro P. Geronimo, Rev. Fr. Ricardo Pagaddu, Ms. Nelly Asistores, and the Local Government Unit of Allacapan for their generosity and support.

The support extended by the people of Cagayan reflects their recognition that peace and security extend beyond provincial boundaries. By standing with soldiers serving in Abra, Cagayanos demonstrate that protecting communities and preserving peace is a shared responsibility. Their support embodies the spirit of “Malasakit”—standing with those who safeguard the people and contributing to lasting peace and stability not only in Abra, but throughout Northern Luzon.

𝗟𝗔𝗟-𝗟𝗢, 𝗖𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 - Nakiisa ang mga CAFGU Active Auxiliary (CAA) mula sa Sta. Clara Patrol Base at Bolos Point Patrol Base, sa ilalim ng Delta Company ng 17th Infantry (Do or Die) Battalion, kasama ang mga lokal na opisyal at residente sa isang tree planting activity na naglalayong mapangalagaan ang kalikasan, at makapaglaan ng mga punong namumunga na maaaring mapakinabangan ng komunidad sa hinaharap.

Ipinakita ng aktibidad na sa pamamagitan ng pagtutulungan ng kasundaluhan, local na pamahalaan, at komunidad, mas nagiging makabuluhan at pangmatagalan ang pangangalaga sa kapaligiran. Ang sama-samang pagtatanim at pag-aalaga ng mga puno ay isang simpleng hakbang tungo sa mas luntian, malinis, at sustenableng kinabukasan para sa susunod na henerasyon.

𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗡𝗔𝗡// Bilang pakikiisa sa adhikaing “𝑁𝑜 𝐵𝑎𝑟𝑎𝑛𝑔𝑎𝑦 𝐿𝑒𝑓𝑡 𝐵𝑒ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑑,” nakibahagi ang mga tauhan ng Bravo Company, 17th Infantry (Do or Die) Battalion, Philippine Army, sa outreach program na pinangunahan ni Mr. Florante Baylon, Founder ng PAGASA Foundation Devoted to Aeta Community, katuwang ang 4th Mobile Force Platoon, 1st Cagayan Provincial Mobile Force Company na ginanap sa Barangay Illuru, Rizal, Cagayan.

Bahagi ng nasabing program ang pagbibigay ng libreng konsultasyong medikal at mga gamot, feeding program, at pamamahagi ng mga pangunahing pangangailangan sa mga residente ng nasabing barangay. Sa pamamagitan ng mga serbisyong ito, natugunan ang ilan sa agarang pangangailangan ng mga pamilya, partikular sa kalusugan at pagkain, habang naipakita ang malasakit at pagtutulungan ng mga katuwang na organisasyon at ahensya para sa kapakanan ng komunidad.

𝗟𝗔𝗟-𝗟𝗢, 𝗖𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 - Embodying the true spirit of 𝑷𝒂𝒗𝒗𝒖𝒓𝒖𝒍𝒖𝒏, the Ibanag word for gathering and togetherness, the Charlie Company of the 17th Infantry (Do or Die) Battalion proudly marched along with partner security forces, Local Government Officials, Government Agencies and community stakeholders during the grand foot parade opening the Pavvurulun Afi Festival 2026, reflects its continued support for the city’s fiesta celebration and its commitment to promoting unity, peace, and a safe environment.

The successful opening highlights the importance of inter-agency cooperation and community partnership. The presence of the 17th Infantry Battalion continues to stand with the people of Tuguegarao City, showing that peace and unity are strengthened when everyone moves forward together.
