BCMC CLASS 04 2026 | GRADUATION CEREMONY

The Naval Reserve Center - National Capital Region conducted the Graduation Ceremony of Basic Citizen Military Course (BCMC) Class-04 2026 on 07 August 2026, led by the Commander, Reserve Command, Philippine Navy, MGEN DOROTEO JOSE M JALANDONI PN(M).

The ceremony marked the successful completion of BCMC CL-04 2026 and recognized the dedication, discipline, and commitment of the newly trained citizen soldiers as they begin their journey as members of the Philippine Navy Reserve Force.

Among the graduates of the class were Senator Camille A. Villar, Bureau of Immigration Commissioner Joel Anthony Viado, and actress Victoria Lorna Tolentino, who successfully completed the Basic Citizen Military Course alongside their fellow citizen soldiers.

Congratulations to all BCMC Class 04 2026 graduates! May you continue to uphold the values of Honor, Patriotism, and Duty as proud members of the Philippine Navy Reserve Force, ready to serve the Navy and the nation.
