Under the leadership of FCSUPT JUNITO F MASLANG, DSC, Regional Director, BFP Region V, and the direct supervision of FCINSP JOSEPHINE JEANETTE C BARANDON, RN, MAN, Caretaker, Office of the Provincial Fire Marshal, Camarines Sur, BFP Gainza Fire Station, under the supervision of Officer-in-Charge SFO4 Jenifer A Egwaras, conducted an exercise activity as part of Health and Wellness Day every Tuesday.

The activity promoted physical fitness, healthy living, teamwork, and camaraderie among personnel, while providing an enjoyable way to stay active and refreshed.

Under the leadership of FCSUPT JUNITO F MASLANG, DSC, Regional Director, BFP Region V, and the direct supervision of FCINSP JOSEPHINE JEANETTE C BARANDON, RN, MAN, Caretaker, Office of the Provincial Fire Marshal, Camarines Sur, BFP Gainza Fire Station, under the supervision of Officer-in-Charge SFO4 Jenifer A Egwaras, undertook activities for Clean and Green Day.

Personnel worked together to clean the surroundings, remove litter, and maintain a clean and orderly environment. The activity promotes proper waste disposal, cleanliness, and environmental awareness for a healthier and safer community.

BFP Gainza Conducts Refresher Training on Ropemanship
Under the leadership of FCSUPT JUNITO F MASLANG, DSC, Regional Director, BFP Region V, and under the direct supervision of FCINSP JOSEPHINE JEANETTE C BARANDON, RN, MAN, Caretaker, Office of the Provincial Fire Marshal – Camarines Sur, BFP Gainza personnel, led by SFO4 Jenifer A Egwaras, conducted a refresher training on basic life support for BFP Gainza personnel. The training aimed to improve their knowledge and skills needed during emergency operations.

The activity focused on strengthening the participants' competence through hands-on practice in cpr, and other basic rescue procedures. It also promoted teamwork, safety, and preparedness, helping ensure that BFP personnel remain ready to respond effectively to fire, rescue, and disaster incidents.
