SUBJECT: EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 11, SERIES OF 2021

SECTION 1: RETURNING AND VISITING RESIDENTS.
a. Prior to travel, all returning and visiting residents shall inform the Barangay Health Emergency Response Team (BHERT) their estimated date and time of arrival in their respective barangay.

c. Returning and visiting residents upon reaching the municipality cannot go directly to his/her home and shall proceed to the barangay hall for registration, filling-out and signing of the health declaration form, and symptom-based screening.
