In line with the deployment of the updated version of Judiciary Electronic Payment Solution (JEPS) on 01 July 2026, please see the attached User Guide for Public Users for your reference.

JEPS Advisory | June 30, 2026

Please be advised that the updated version of the Judiciary Electronic Payment Solution (JEPS) will be deployed and will go live on 01 July 2026 at 8:00 A.M.

Under the new JEPS, LandBank Link.BizPortal will serve as the primary payment gateway for all JEPS transactions.

Accordingly, the following payment channels will be temporarily unavailable until further notice:

Unionbank UPay
Fortune Pay

The reintegration of UPay and Fortune Pay into the new JEPS will be implemented at a later date.

In compliance with OCA Circular No. 01-2024, RTC Gamay, led by its Hon. Presiding Judge Jinky T. Uy-Lluz, conducted visitation and inspection of Laoang Sub-Provincial Jail, Laoang, Northern Samar on 16 June 2026.

RTC Gamay proudly joins the celebration of Judiciary Month this June, marking the 125th Anniversary of the Supreme Court with the theme: “SC: 125 Years of Tradition and Innovation.”

Declared under Presidential Proclamation No. 1265, s. 2026, the observance calls on government agencies, local government units, the private sector, and civil society to support and partake in the commemoration.

Established on June 11, 1901 through Act No. 136 of the Philippine Commission, the Supreme Court has stood as a pillar of justice - first led by Chief Justice Cayetano Arellano.

As we commemorate 125 years of dedicated service, may we continue to uphold the rule of law with integrity, excellence, and an unwavering commitment to a justice system that is accessible, efficient, responsive, and innovative for every Filipino.

Strengthening partnerships in the pursuit of justice and public service.

On 6 May 2026, RTC Gamay joined a meaningful courtesy visit with the Local Government of Gamay headed by Hon. Mayor Dr. Timoteo T. Capoquian, Jr., reaffirming the strong collaboration between the judiciary and the local government in serving the people of Gamay.

Present during the visit were Hon. Jinky T. Uy, Presiding Judge of RTC Gamay; Hon. Clarence Cherreguine, Presiding Judge of the 1st MCTC Gamay; and Hon. Allan Sixto G. Estudillo, former Acting Presiding Judge of MCTC Gamay and now Provincial Prosecutor of Northern Samar.

During the program, the Sangguniang Bayan of Gamay presented a Resolution of Thanksgiving to Hon. Estudillo in recognition of his dedicated service to the municipality, as well as Resolutions of Support to Hon. Uy and Hon. Cherreguine as they begin their respective judicial functions in Gamay. A Resolution of Gratitude for Hon. Ricardo E. Amos, former Acting Presiding Judge of RTC Gamay, was likewise received through Atty. Cesar Norman Y. Calamay.

RTC Gamay expresses its sincere appreciation to LGU Gamay for the warm reception and continued support toward a more accessible, efficient, and people-centered administration of justice.

RTC Branch 38, Gamay, Northern Samar held a Send-off and Turnover Ceremony today, 23 April 2026, honoring Hon. Ricardo E. Amos, who served as the court’s Acting Presiding Judge for almost six years. During his tenure, he successfully disposed of 325 cases, contributing to the reduction of the court’s docket.

The court also welcomed its new Presiding Judge, Hon. Jinky T. Uy-Lluz, marking a seamless transition in leadership and a continued commitment to the efficient and fair administration of justice.

The significant occasion was also graced by the court’s former Presiding Judge Hon. Mory A. Nueva, Prosecutor Vic Allan E. Rubenecia, Atty. Arman D. Giray, and the staff of MCTC Gamay.
