📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Please be informed that classes at Bued East Elementary School will resume tomorrow, Monday, August 24, 2026.

This announcement is made in accordance with Executive Order No. 050, Series of 2026, issued by Hon. Patrick Agustin Caramat, Municipal Mayor of Calasiao, Pangasinan, regarding the localized suspension of classes at all levels in both public and private schools within the Municipality of Calasiao on August 24, 2026, at the discretion of the respective school heads.

While classes will proceed, parents/guardians are given the discretion to decide whether or not their child will come to school, considering the prevailing weather conditions and the safety and well-being of the learner.

For learners who will attend school, please observe the following safety precautions:

☔ Bring protection from the rain, such as an umbrella or raincoat.
👖 Wear long pants to help protect against dengue-carrying mosquitoes.
🌧️ Be extra cautious when traveling to and from school, especially in areas affected by flooding or difficult road conditions.
💙 Always prioritize your safety, health, and well-being.

We encourage everyone to remain vigilant and make responsible decisions based on the actual weather and travel conditions in your area.

💻 Virtual Meeting

Despite the suspension of classes due to the weather disturbance, the teachers of Bued East Elementary School remained committed to keeping the school community connected and informed.

Today, August 20, 2026, at 3:00 PM, a virtual meeting was conducted through the initiative and leadership of our School Principal, Sir Rocky V. Castro, with the participation of all teachers of Bued East ES.

The meeting served as an avenue to discuss important school matters, provide updates, and ensure continued coordination among the teaching personnel despite the suspension of classes.

👩‍🏫📖 Strengthening Instruction Through Purposeful Coaching and Technical Assistance 📖👩‍🏫

As part of its commitment to fostering instructional excellence, Bued East Elementary School conducted a Pre-Observation Conference and Technical Assistance Session for Ms. Kathyrine Andrade Equila, Substitute Teacher, in preparation for her classroom observation. During the conference, School Head Dr. Rocky Castro discussed the target classroom observation indicators aligned with the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST), clarified the expectations for the observation, and mutually agreed on the schedule, subject area, and time of the classroom demonstration. This collaborative planning ensured that the observation process would be purposeful, organized, and focused on professional growth.

Dr. Castro also provided valuable coaching on how each target indicator can be effectively demonstrated through learner-centered strategies, classroom management, and evidence-based teaching practices. 🛡️🌏 PAGHAHANDA NGAYON, KALIGTASAN BUKAS! 🌦️🏫

Bilang pakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng National Disaster Resilience Month, malugod na tinanggap ng Bued East Elementary School ang mga kinatawan ng Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) ng Calasiao para sa pagkakaloob ng Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) Materials na naglalaman ng mahahalagang impormasyon tungkol sa mga nararapat gawin bago, habang, at pagkatapos ng iba't ibang uri ng sakuna. Ang mga materyales na ito ay magsisilbing mahalagang gabay sa pagpapaigting ng kamalayan, kahandaan, at kaligtasan ng buong komunidad ng paaralan.

Kasabay nito, nagsagawa rin ang MDRRMO ng isang makabuluhang lecture para sa mga Grade 5 at Grade 6 learners, kung saan tinalakay ang mga wastong hakbang sa paghahanda at pagtugon sa mga kalamidad at iba pang emergency. Sa pamamagitan ng kanilang mga ibinahaging kaalaman at praktikal na payo, higit na napalalim ang pag-unawa ng ating mga learners sa kahalagahan ng pagiging alerto, responsable, at handa sa anumang hamon ng panahon.

Taos-pusong nagpapasalamat ang Bued East Elementary School kina Ms. Kristine Joy C. Soriano (LDRRMO III), Mr. Ryan D. Castillo (LDRRMO I), Ms. Romalyn D. Sarmiento (LDRRMA), at Ms. Noemie Jane D. Flores (Administrative Aide I) sa kanilang walang sawang suporta, pagbabahagi ng kaalaman, at pagkakaloob ng mga IEC materials na malaking tulong sa pagpapaigting ng disaster preparedness ng ating paaralan. Ang inyong dedikasyon ay isang inspirasyon sa paghubog ng mga kabataang ligtas, matatag, at handa sa anumang sakuna.

💙 Sa Bued East Elementary School, naniniwala kaming ang kahandaan ay nagsisimula sa tamang kaalaman, at ang kaligtasan ay bunga ng sama-samang pagkilos. Patuloy nating isabuhay ang kultura ng kahandaan tungo sa isang ligtas, matatag, at mapanatag na paaralan para sa bawat learner.

📝📖 Ensuring Quality Assessment Through Collaboration 📖📝

Bued East Elementary School successfully conducted the Quality Assurance Checking of Test Questions and Table of Specifications (TOS) for the 1st Summative Test of the 1st Term. The activity aimed to ensure that all assessment tools are aligned with the Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELCs), learning objectives, and prescribed assessment standards, promoting fairness, validity, and reliability in measuring learners' progress and achievement. The Quality Assurance Team was led by the School Head, Dr. Rocky Castro, demonstrating the school's commitment to maintaining high standards in classroom assessment.

The Quality Assurance Team, composed of Ma'am Perlita Salamat, Ma'am Verma Delos Santos, and Ma'am Charmine Zarate, meticulously reviewed the test questions and corresponding Table of Specifications to ensure accuracy, appropriate content distribution, and quality. Through their collaborative efforts and dedication to excellence, Bued East Elementary School continues to strengthen its assessment practices, ensuring that every summative test is a meaningful and reliable measure of learners' knowledge, skills, and understanding. 📚✨

Bued East Elementary School successfully conducted the Parent Orientation on DepEd Order No. 06, s. 2026 – Ensuring Safe and Motivating Learning Environment, reaffirming its commitment to creating a school where every learner feels safe, valued, respected, and inspired to learn. The orientation provided parents with a deeper understanding of the policy and highlighted their vital role as partners in fostering a positive and nurturing school environment.
