The Gapan City College is pleased to announce the official Graduation Schedule and Graduation Policies and Guidelines for the upcoming Commencement Exercises.

All graduating students are strongly advised to read and review the attached PDF files carefully. The documents contain important information regarding the graduation schedule, requirements, procedures, attire, rehearsal, attendance, and other policies that must be strictly observed.

GRADUATION and PICTORIAL SCHEDULE (Summer Term AY 2025-2026)

As per approved GCC Board Resolution No. 08 Series of 2026, there are 231 Official Candidates for Graduation for Summer Term AY 2025-2026.

๐Ÿ“ธ Graduation Pictorial:
Date: July 17, 2026 (Friday)
Time: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Venue: Auditorium, Gapan City Hall

Here is the schedule and guidelines for Graduation Pictorial.
Guidelines and Reminders:
1. Only graduating students listed as official candidates for graduation are eligible for the graduation pictorial.
2. Please strictly follow the schedule for your graduation pictorial.
3. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
4. Do not forget to fill out the attendance form available on the day of your pictorial.
5. Strictly follow the dress code:
- For Male students, please wear a white t-shirt (without any prints)
- For Female students, please wear a plain white or beige tube top.
6. We highly suggest that the graduates come to the pictorial venue/schedule with their hair and makeup on.
7. Toga and Filipiniana/Barong will be provided by the photo provider.
8. Please note that there will be no alternative dates for the graduation pictorial.
