August 04, 2026 | DTI Nueva Ecija, through the Negosyo Center Gapan City, in partnership with MTerra Solar Philippines Inc., successfully conducted an Entrepreneurship and Business Opportunities Seminar for aspiring entrepreneurs from the municipalities of General Tinio, Gapan City, San Leonardo, and Peñaranda. The seminar was held at Bulak Marketplace, Gapan City.

Senior Trade and Industry Development Specialist Gerard Dennis Suyayen served as the resource speaker. The seminar aimed to enhance the participants' understanding of entrepreneurship by providing guidance on how to start a business, identify suitable business opportunities, and properly register their chosen business.

Through the session, participants gained valuable knowledge and practical insights to help them begin their entrepreneurial journey and establish sustainable enterprises.

Suyayen, Trade Industry Development Analyst–Negosyo Center Kanary Luth P. Velasquez, and Business Counselor Genalyn Santos, paid a courtesy visit to Hon. Emerson "Emeng" Pascual, Congressman of the Fourth District of Nueva Ecija, on July 23, 2024.

The meeting reaffirmed the strong partnership between the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Nueva Ecija and the Office of the Fourth District Representative, highlighting their shared commitment to advancing programs and initiatives that promote entrepreneurship, strengthen micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and support inclusive local economic development.

Through continued collaboration and mutual support, DTI Nueva Ecija and the Office of Congressman Emerson "Emeng" Pascual remain committed to creating more opportunities for local entrepreneurs and fostering a vibrant, resilient, and competitive business community across the Fourth District of Nueva Ecija.
