This activity reflects our shared commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment while fostering the spirit of volunteerism and bayanihan. With the active participation of the Katipunan ng Kabataan, supportive parents, and representatives, we continue to demonstrate that by working together, we can create a cleaner and better community for everyone.

📢 EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE DISTRIBUTION | COLLEGE STUDENTS

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Palagao Norte is pleased to announce the Distribution of Educational Assistance for College Students on Saturday at the Barangay Gymnasium.

In line with our commitment to promote both education and community responsibility, all college student beneficiaries are encouraged to participate in the Clean-Up Drive before the distribution. Through this initiative, we aim to foster volunteerism, environmental awareness, and unity among the youth.

🗓 Date: Saturday (July 04, 2026)
📍 Venue: Barangay Gymnasium
🧹 Activity: Clean-Up Drive (6AM - 8AM)
🎓 Educational Assistance Distribution: Immediately after the clean-up activity

📌 IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
✅ 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧-𝐔𝐩 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐘 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬. Participation is required before claiming your educational assistance.

✅ Please bring the required documents previously announced for verification and claiming.

✅ If you are unable to personally claim your educational assistance, you may authorize a representative to claim it on your behalf. The representative must present:
• A signed Authorization Letter from the beneficiary;
• A photocopy of the beneficiary's valid ID (or any valid school ID/government-issued ID); and
• A valid ID of the authorized representative for verification.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Palagao Norte respectfully informs 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 (𝐉𝐇𝐒) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 (𝐒𝐇𝐒) 𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 that the distribution of their Educational Assistance will be temporarily postponed.

This postponement is necessary as we are currently waiting for the release of additional funds from the Barangay to complete the budget for the Educational Assistance Program.

Although the necessary coordination and processing have already been initiated, we must wait for the release of these funds before the distribution can proceed.

At present, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬, as their number is fewer than the qualified JHS and SHS beneficiaries. For this reason, the distribution of Educational Assistance for JHS and SHS students will be conducted once the additional funds have been released.

We sincerely apologize for this delay and understand the importance of this assistance to our students and their families. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work to ensure that all qualified beneficiaries receive the assistance they deserve.

The official schedule for the distribution of the JHS and SHS Educational Assistance will be announced on this page as soon as the necessary funds become available.

Last June 9–11, five of our SK Officials proudly participated in the Community-Based Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (CBDRRM) Training for Youth held at Pulsar Hotel, Buntun. The three-day training equipped our youth leaders with essential knowledge and skills in disaster preparedness, response, and community resilience.

As Sangguniang Kabataan, we are committed to being not just leaders in governance but also first responders and advocates for a safer community.
