Pursuant to the latest weather bulletin from DOSTโ€“PAGASA, the Tropical Cyclone โ€œUwanโ€ is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) late this evening, November 7, 2025, or early morning of Saturday, November 8, 2025.

In view of this, and in adherence to safety protocols, the Department of Tourism - Caraga Region has ordered the temporary suspension of all high-risk outdoor tourism and recreational activities across the region, effective immediately.

All tourists are advised to refrain from going out to sea or engaging in outdoor water activities until the weather stabilizes and an official โ€œAll Clearโ€ advisory is issued.
