𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒𝐓 | The National Youth Commission (NYC), together with the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), has officially issued Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1, s. 2025 — “𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒 𝐎𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍, 𝐑𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐄, 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆, 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐁𝐔𝐃𝐆𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐊 𝐅𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐒."

This newly released JMC supersedes JMC No. 1, s. 2019, and reflects critical amendments to the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Reform Law under Republic Act No. 11768, ensuring improved governance, transparency, and efficiency in the use of SK funds.

Congratulations sa ama ng bayang may puso na nahirang bilang Outstanding Municipal Mayor of the Philippines (4th Class-6th Class Municipality) sa GAWAD PARANGAL na iginawad ng Association of Local Social Welfare and Development Officers of the Philippines (ALSWDOPI).
