📢 MINOR SURGERY MEDICAL MISSION 🩺💚

Para sa mga kwalipikadong pasyente sa Lalawigan ng Nueva Ecija
Mayroon ka bang bukol o masa (lump or mass) na may sukat na humigit-kumulang 3–5 cm? Maaari kang sumailalim sa initial screening at assessment upang malaman kung maaari kang maging kwalipikado para sa ating Minor Surgery Medical Mission.

📝 PAANO MAGPA-SCREEN?
1️⃣ Magtungo muna sa inyong kani-kaniyang Rural Health Unit (RHU).
Magpatingin sa inyong RHU Physician para sa initial screening at assessment ng inyong kondisyon.
2️⃣ Dumaan sa kinakailangang pagsusuri at assessment.
Ang RHU Physician ang magsasagawa ng paunang pagsusuri upang matukoy kung ang inyong kondisyon ay maaaring kwalipikado para sa Minor Surgery Mission.
3️⃣ Kumuha ng referral kung kinakailangan.
Ang mga pasyenteng maaaring kwalipikado ay bibigyan ng kaukulang medical referral para sa susunod na proseso at assessment.
4️⃣ Ang mga kwalipikadong pasyente ay sasailalim sa karagdagang evaluation sa araw ng 8 September 2026.
Ang mga Doktor at Espesyalista mula sa Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) ang tutulong sa pagbibigay ng kaukulang serbisyong medikal.

📌 LIMITADO ANG SLOTS!
Tanging 30 pasyente lamang ang maaaring matanggap, kaya hinihikayat ang mga interesadong pasyente na magtungo agad sa kanilang RHU para sa initial screening at assessment.

📍 Venue: Bagong Urgent Care and Ambulatory Service (BUCAS), Rizal Super Health Center, Rizal, Nueva Ecija

⚠️ Paalala: Ang pagpunta sa RHU para sa screening ay hindi awtomatikong garantiya ng pagkakasama sa Minor Surgery Mission. Ang final eligibility ay ibabatay sa medical assessment at evaluation ng mga kinauukulang medical professionals.
