🌧️ IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
• Department and Office Heads shall designate the minimum personnel necessary to maintain critical and essential services.
• Employees who are not designated as part of the minimum workforce may work from home (WFH) or be excused from reporting to the office, as determined by their respective Department/Office Heads.
• Employees under WFH or excused from reporting are required to submit their Accomplishment Report.
• Employees who do not report for work under this Order shall NOT be marked absent and are NOT required to file leave.
• Job Order (JO) workers placed under WFH arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages/salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.
• All employees are enjoined to prioritize their safety and continue monitoring official weather and government advisories.

Agencies providing health services, disaster response, and other essential services shall continue operations.

The public is advised to postpone non-urgent transactions at the Municipal Hall and monitor official announcements for further updates.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 125, work in government offices and classes at all levels in public and private schools in Cavite, including the Municipality of General Mariano Alvarez, are suspended starting 3:00 p.m. on August 13, 2026.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.
