Sa ilalim ng Republic Act No. 12001, o ang Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA), ipinagkakaloob ang tax amnesty para sa mga hindi nabayarang Real Property Taxes na naipon bago ang Hulyo 5, 2024. Saklaw nito ang pagpapawalang-bisa ng mga penalties, surcharges, at interests na kaugnay ng mga nasabing obligasyon sa buwis. Ang amnesty ay maaaring ma-avail hanggang Hulyo 5, 2026.

Maaaring magtungo sa Municipal Treasurerโs Office upang alamin ang kabuuang halaga ng principal tax na dapat bayaran at mapakinabangan ang amnesty program. Maaari ring magtanong sa Municipal Assessorโs Office para sa iba pang kaugnay na impormasyon.
