On behalf of the DAREA Sarangani Chapter, we extend our sincerest gratitude to DAREA Iloilo, DAREA La Union, DAREA Laguna, the DAREA Chapters of Negros Occidental I, Negros Occidental II, Negros Oriental, and Siquijor, all DARRFEU Chapters, and most especially to Regional Director Lucrecia S. Taberna, Regional Director of the Department of Agrarian Reform – Negros Island Region (DAR-NIR), for spearheading and coordinating this humanitarian assistance initiative.

This noble act of compassion is a testament to the marching orders and continuing call of our DAR Secretary, Sec Conrado Estrella III, to uphold the values of unity, compassion, and service beyond duty, especially in times of crisis.

Your generosity, compassion, and solidarity have brought hope and relief to our fellow DAR employees in Region XII, particularly those in DARPO Sarangani and DAR General Santos City who were affected by the recent earthquake in Mindanao.

Your kindness is a testament to the strength and unity of the DAR family. We are truly grateful for your support and generosity during this difficult time.

In times of calamities such as earthquakes, people come together as one to extend help to those in need. The DAR Ladies Association (DARLA) and the DAR Employees Association of Sarangani(DAREA) DAREA Sarangani have joined hands in the spirit of compassion and solidarity to provide assistance and support to families affected by these unfortunate events. Through our collective efforts, we hope to bring relief, encouragement, and hope to our fellow citizens as they recover and rebuild their lives. ❤️🙏 Thank you to all the volunteers even if it's declared holiday today in the city of General Santos.

In the spirit of compassion and solidarity, DAREA Sarangani Chapter continues its donation drive for families affected by the recent earthquake in General Santos City and Sarangani Province.

After conducting an initial assessment of our own offices, personnel, members, and stakeholders who may have been affected by the disaster, we are grateful that we are also in a position to extend assistance to other individuals and communities in need.

We humbly appeal for donations in cash or in kind, such as rice, canned goods, bottled water, clothing, hygiene kits, and other essential items. Every contribution, no matter the size, can help bring hope and relief to our fellow Saranganis as they recover from this challenging time.

Let us come together and demonstrate the true spirit of bayanihan by reaching out to those who need our support the most.

The DARPO Sarangani 2025 Year-End Party served as a meaningful occasion to celebrate the collective achievements of the office, recognize the dedication and hard work of all personnel, and strengthen camaraderie among members of the DAR family. It provided an opportunity to reflect on the year’s challenges and successes, express gratitude for teamwork and commitment, and renew our shared spirit of unity and service. Above all, the celebration reinforced solidarity, boosted morale, and inspired everyone to move forward with renewed motivation and purpose in the coming year.
