Crame, Quezon City - The Philippine National Police Highway Patrol Group (PNP-HPG), through the Provincial Highway Patrol Team (PHPT) of Oriental Mindoro, arrested a wanted person ranked No. 4 City-Level Most Wanted Person of Calapan City Police Station and No. 9 Provincial-Level Most Wanted Person of Oriental Mindoro PPO during an intelligence-driven manhunt operation on August 24, 2026.

𝗥𝗛𝗣𝗨 𝟭𝟮 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗡𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗥𝗢𝗔𝗗 𝗦𝗔𝗙𝗘𝗧𝗬

On August 29, 2026, personnel of the Regional Highway Patrol Unit 12, led by PLTCOL CRISTOPHER C GUSTE, Acting Chief, RHPU 12, together with Mr. Felix Villaceran, RHPU 12 RAC Chairman, conducted a Road Safety Seminar and Orientation on Traffic Rules and Violations at Barangay San Isidro, General Santos City.

The activity aimed to strengthen awareness among motorists and vehicle operators on traffic rules and regulations, common traffic violations, road signs and signals, responsible driving, and road courtesy. An open forum was also conducted to address questions and concerns of the participants.

Through this initiative, the Highway Patrol Group continues to work hand-in-hand with the community in promoting road safety, discipline, responsible driving, and safer roads for everyone. 🛣️👮‍♂️
