For nearly seven years, one place stood as more than a building. It became the home of generations of scouts.
On November 8, 2019, our BSP Headquarters was officially blessed and opened, becoming the home of our scouting family. For nearly seven years, it stood as the heart of our outfit. Built through the dedication of our alumni officers and scouts, it became the center of countless trainings, meetings, service projects, leadership development, and moments that shaped every scout who passed through its doors. It witnessed friendships built, leaders formed, and a tradition of excellence that helped produce champions, not only in competitions, but in service to the school and the community.
Across the leadership of five Outfit Senior Crew Leaders and the many officers who served alongside them, BSP Headquarters "LIWANAG BASE" remained a constant home where generations of scouts planned, trained, led, and served. Within these walls, leaders were developed, traditions were passed on, and countless memories were made. Every generation left a mark, and every generation found a place to call home.
On June 8, while our scouts were away fulfilling their duties and commitments, a strong earthquake struck the city. Our BSP Headquarters sustained significant structural damage, leaving the building no longer safe for use. Since then, we held onto the hope that it could still be preserved, but safety considerations ultimately led to the difficult decision to let it go.
Today marks another chapter in its story.
Today, we carefully moved every piece of equipment, every flag, and every memory we could carry from our BSP Headquarters to a temporary base. Within this week, the school will officially demolish the building, bringing an end to the physical home that stood beside us for nearly seven years.
This is our final farewell to the home of generations of champions. The place where discipline was forged, leadership was nurtured, service was lived, and the spirit of Scouting continued to grow with every passing year.
BSP Headquarters "LIWANAG BASE" was never just a building. It was where future leaders found their purpose, where lifelong friendships began, where challenges became victories, and where the Scout Oath and Law were lived every day. Though its walls will soon be gone, the values built within them will remain in every scout who proudly carries our colors and continues our legacy.

You may leave the grounds where you stood, but you will never leave our hearts.
